Turn the project idea into a defined scope
A renovation needs decisions about the space, materials, access and sequence of work before a construction date can be reliable. We review your intended changes and priorities, then identify the planning and coordination steps. Permit-required and regulated trade scopes are coordinated with appropriately licensed contractors where required.
Consultation and project planning
Discuss the current space, the result you want and your preferred timing. Photos, measurements and any drawings help frame the project. The initial review identifies what needs to be resolved before a detailed scope is agreed.
Kitchen, bathroom and interior work
Projects can include kitchen and bathroom updates, flooring, carpentry and related finishes. The selected materials, existing conditions and any changes to services affect the scope and schedule. Individual tasks are confirmed as part of the project plan.
Trade and building coordination
Applicable permit requirements, qualified trades and building arrangements are reviewed for the proposed work. Condo projects also need attention to the building’s own rules and access requirements. Construction begins after the project scope and arrangements are agreed.

What happens during the first renovation consultation?
We review the space, intended changes, priorities and timing. The discussion identifies the next decisions about scope, materials, building access, permits and trade coordination. Construction does not start simply because a consultation has been requested.
Can you coordinate a kitchen or bathroom renovation?
Kitchen and bathroom projects are part of the renovation service. Share your ideas and the existing layout so the work can be reviewed. Any regulated electrical or plumbing scope is coordinated with appropriately licensed contractors where required.
How are condo and strata requirements handled?
Provide the rules and project requirements supplied by your strata or property manager. These are reviewed alongside the proposed work, access and trade needs. Requirements vary by building and project; the necessary arrangements should be established before the affected work begins.
Can a renovation start or finish on the same day?
Full renovation is not a same-day service. A consultation may be available sooner, but construction timing depends on scope, design decisions, permits, materials and trade availability. The project schedule is discussed once those requirements are understood.
What happens if I want to change the agreed work?
Describe the requested change so its effect on materials, trade work and timing can be reviewed. Added or changed scope is quoted and approved before the related work begins, in line with Taskio’s Terms of Service.
