You can request installation of a customer-supplied fixture. Send its model and photos of the existing setup so compatibility, fit and connection requirements can be reviewed. Extra parts or changes to the surrounding installation are agreed before the related work.
Can you identify the cause of a leak from photos?
Photos help plan the visit, but they may not show the cause of a leak. Tell us where and when water appears and whether the problem has happened before. An on-site assessment may be needed before a repair approach is confirmed.
Can plumbing work be arranged for a condo?
Yes. Share the building access rules and any requirements from strata or property management. Some work may involve a coordinated water shutoff or other building arrangements. Those requirements need to be established before the affected work is scheduled.
Should I choose plumbing or drain unclogging?
Choose plumbing for fixture installation, leak troubleshooting and toilet repair or replacement. The separate drain-unclogging service uses controlled pressurized air for eligible localized sink, washbasin, shower and bathtub blockages. Recurring or wider drainage problems may need a different plumbing assessment.
