Standard installation rates and optional brackets
Standard installation rates are per TV in Canadian dollars. You can use a compatible bracket you already own or request one supplied by Taskio. The installation approach is reviewed for your TV, wall and access conditions.

Bracket compatibility depends on the TV weight, mounting pattern and wall construction.
Brackets, cable concealment, above-fireplace installations, concrete or other specialty walls and additional labor can add to the standard installation rate. A CAD $20 distance fee applies in Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam and Port Moody; Port Moody is an extended service area. Any additional scope and charges are confirmed before the related work begins. See additional charges and installation terms.
Plan the TV position, wall fixing and cable finish together
Your TV size is only part of the installation. We review the display weight, bracket, wall construction, viewing position and nearby connections before work begins. Share the TV model and photos of the wall so we can prepare for your setup, including condo walls, fireplace locations and larger displays.
Mount, level and connect
Standard installation includes fitting the bracket, securing and leveling the TV, basic cable management, connecting devices where practical, and cleaning the work area. Placement and any additional work are agreed before installation.
A bracket that fits your setup
Use your own compatible mount or ask Taskio to supply a fixed, tilt or full-motion bracket. Suitability depends on the screen weight, mounting pattern, desired movement and wall construction. Supplied brackets are separate from installation.
A considered cable finish
Choose a tidy surface route or ask about in-wall concealment. The available method depends on the wall and applicable requirements. Paintable raceways can be an option where routing inside a concrete or brick wall is unsuitable.

TV Wall Mounting Service: common questions
Can you mount a TV on metal studs, concrete or a tiled wall?
These wall types can be reviewed for installation. The fixing method depends on the wall structure, TV weight and bracket; screen size alone does not establish suitability. Send wall photos and the TV model so specialty hardware, access and any additional work can be discussed before the visit.
Can you install a TV above a fireplace?
A fireplace installation needs a site-specific review of the surface, wall structure, heat exposure, required clearances and viewing position. Share a photo and details of the fireplace. The technician confirms whether the proposed installation is suitable before proceeding.
Do I need to buy a TV bracket before booking?
No. Taskio offers fixed, tilt and full-motion brackets for purchase with installation. You can also supply your own compatible mount. Tell us which option you prefer and share your TV model so compatibility can be reviewed.
Can all TV wires be hidden inside the wall?
No. In-wall concealment depends on the wall construction and an appropriate routing method. Ordinary flexible TV power cords are not placed inside wall cavities unless approved for that use. Where in-wall work is unsuitable, a surface cable cover or another agreed finish may be available.
Is same-day TV mounting available in my city?
Same-day or next-day appointments may be available depending on your city, installation requirements and the technician schedule. The time selected online is a request. Taskio confirms the appointment by phone or text before the visit.
Can I book TV mounting for a condo or rental home?
Yes. Share any building requirements, permitted working hours and access arrangements when requesting service. Renters should confirm permission for mounting and cable work with the property owner. Condo wall construction and building restrictions are reviewed as part of the installation scope.
Will I need to help lift a large TV?
Customers are not required to provide physical assistance. TVs up to 120 inches can be considered, but large or heavy displays may require a second technician. Tell us the model and whether lift assistance is unavailable so staffing and any additional labor can be discussed in advance.
