Can you troubleshoot Wi-Fi that keeps disconnecting?
Yes, home and small-office networking issues can be reviewed. Tell us whether all devices disconnect or only one, which rooms are affected and what router equipment is in use. Provider outages and equipment or configuration issues require different responses.
Does the workmanship warranty cover future malware or internet outages?
No. Eligible setup and configuration labor is covered under the workmanship terms, but malware re-infection, hardware end-of-life, manufacturer failures, third-party operating-system changes and internet provider outages are excluded. See the Terms of Service for the full conditions.
