Furniture assembly
Assembly support for household and office furniture. Product names, assembly instructions and the number of items help us assess the work. Let us know if an item also requires wall securing or placement in a restricted space.
Shelves, mirrors and artwork
Wall installation starts with the item dimensions, weight and proposed location. The technician reviews the wall and suitable fixings before mounting. Heavy items or unusual surfaces may need additional preparation or a different approach.
Minor repairs and finishing
Ask about small drywall repairs and general household tasks as part of your visit. Larger areas of patching or painting can be reviewed under painting and wall repair. Regulated electrical and plumbing work follows a separate qualified-trade scope.

Can I combine furniture assembly and small repairs in one visit?
Yes. Share the full task list before booking so we can plan time, tools and materials. We review what can reasonably be combined and agree on priorities. Tasks added during the visit may need extra time or a separate appointment.
Can you hang a heavy mirror or install floating shelves?
Send the item weight, dimensions and a photo of the intended wall. Suitability depends on the item, supplied hardware and wall construction. The technician reviews the fixing approach before work; not every item can use the same anchors or mounting method.
Should I supply the furniture, shelves and hardware?
Tell us what you already have and include product information with your request. Keep any manufacturer-supplied parts and instructions available. If extra fixings or materials are needed, the requirements and any added scope are discussed before the related work begins.
Does handyman service include electrical or plumbing work?
General handyman service does not replace regulated trade work. Use the electrical or plumbing service page to describe that part of your request. Regulated work is handled by appropriately licensed contractors where required, with the scope reviewed before work.
Is a larger wall repair part of a handyman visit?
A small patch may fit within an agreed task list. Larger repairs, multiple damaged areas or a full-wall paint finish are better assessed under painting and wall repair. Photos and dimensions help us direct your request and avoid planning too little time.
