Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service online or via phone with Taskio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Guarantee & Scope

Taskio strives to deliver high-quality, professional services. We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days post-installation. If a problem arises directly related to our installation or repair, we will address it at no additional cost.

Our service scope is strictly defined by the upfront quote provided. Any additional tasks requested on-site that are outside the original scope may result in additional charges, subject to the client's approval.

3. Pricing and Payment

We provide fixed, upfront pricing where possible, or an estimated hourly rate. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is due immediately upon satisfactory completion of the job on-site. We accept major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and cash. Failure to pay upon completion may result in additional collections fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. If our technician arrives at the location and is unable to access the property to perform the service, a call-out fee will apply.

5. Liability and Insurance

Taskio is fully insured. While our technicians exercise the highest level of care, Taskio limits its liability to the amount paid for the service in the event of unforeseen incidental damages, unless caused by gross negligence. Customers are responsible for removing valuable or fragile items from the immediate work area prior to our arrival.

6. Customer Data & Privacy

The protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain customer records for operational purposes. All customer data is deleted after 3 months, and we will never use your information for marketing purposes.
