Tell us which fixture drains slowly, whether it is fully blocked and whether other fixtures are affected. Controlled pressurized-air clearing is one method, and it is not appropriate for every blockage or plumbing system. The cause, pipe condition and earlier treatments can change the recommended next step.
Check the affected drain
The technician reviews the fixture, reported symptoms and accessible plumbing before using the equipment. Let us know about previous blockages, repairs or drain-cleaning products so the method can be assessed against the actual conditions.
Clear eligible blockages
Where suitable, controlled pressurized-air equipment is used for a localized blockage in an eligible sink, washbasin, shower or bathtub. The service does not include toilet unclogging and is not a promise to resolve every drainage problem.
Test drainage and explain the result
We flow-test the drain before completion. If the issue persists or the method is unsuitable, further investigation or another plumbing method may be needed. The next scope is discussed instead of assuming the original service will resolve it.

Drain Unclogging: common questions
Do you unclog toilets with this service?
No. Taskio’s pressurized-air drain-unclogging service is limited to eligible sinks, washbasins, showers and bathtubs. Use the plumbing service page for a separate toilet repair or replacement request; toilet unclogging is not included in this drain service.
Is pressurized-air clearing suitable for every blocked drain?
No. Suitability depends on the fixture, blockage and condition of the plumbing. The technician assesses the setup before using the equipment. Damaged plumbing, recurring problems or certain blockages may need a different method or further investigation.
What if several fixtures are backing up?
Tell us about every affected fixture when requesting service. Problems affecting several fixtures may extend beyond a localized drain blockage. The scope needs to be reviewed before this specialized service is confirmed, and a broader plumbing assessment may be needed.
Should I mention drain cleaner that I have already used?
Yes. Include the product name if known and when it was used, along with any other attempted treatments. This information matters to the assessment and preparation. Do not omit earlier treatments even if they did not improve drainage.
Does the warranty mean the drain will stay clear for a year?
No. The 1-Year Workmanship Warranty covers eligible defects directly resulting from Taskio’s workmanship. It does not cover new or recurring blockages caused by later use, grease, hair, foreign objects, roots or underlying plumbing defects. The full exclusions are in the Terms of Service.
